David Chan will run under the Saskatchewan Party’s banner in Yorkton in the upcoming provincial election.

For the past 6 years Chan has worked as a mental health counsellor for local First Nations – primarily focusing on youth and families.

Chan ran against Darcy Zaharia and Kaitlyn Kitzan for the nomination after long-time MLA Greg Ottenbreit decided not to seek re-election.

The Saskatchewan Party has now nominated 39 candidates ahead of the 2024 provincial election.
