Hyundai and Kia have issued a recall for several vehicle models including 2010-2015 Accents, Elantras, Sante Fes, Tucsons, and 2010-2017 Fortes, Optimas, Rios, Souls, Sportage, and others. According to the notice, the ABS (Anti-Lock Brake System) in the vehicles could leak brake fluid and eventually cause an electrical short. As drivers of these vehicles are waiting to get them in for service the manufacturers are suggesting they park away from buildings due to the risk of fire. No injuries or fatalities due to the issue have been reported at this time.
